Searches for “Curios API Fabric 1.21 11” or Curios API Fabric 1.21.1 can be misleading. The old official Curios Fabric project was discontinued after the Minecraft 1.16.5 generation.

The legacy Fabric branch

Curios had a Fabric counterpart in the 1.16.x era, but that project explicitly ended support for 1.17 and later. That means an old Fabric Curios JAR should not be carried into 1.21.x.
